Mile End: 

  • Congratulations on finance and securing your newest investment property in Adelaide. We will continue to handle all items leading to settlement and will provide updates as they occur.

Property Management:

  • 21/16-22 Batman St

    • Rent is currently paid up to and including 31 March.

    • The electrical invoice has now been paid.

    • Pending payments are:

      • $600.77 Land Tax

      • $450.00 ACT Rates 3rd instalment (pls note that $50.00 has already been paid due to invoice being loaded incorrectly. Original invoice was for $500.00. The balance of $450.00 will be paid from the next rent due).

      • The owner’s corporation fee has now been paid.


Your tenant (Tim) is content now that we have tended to the items that have all recently been addressed.

  • 60 Doorey St

    • $349.00 has been paid to AC Plumbing for recent work to unblock bathroom sink and put a camera down to inspect drains.

    • $1780.66 is currently being processed as a direct debit from your bank account for the Its Insured invoice.
