I hope you’re well. 

 

Mile End: 

  • This is as per our email correspondence. 

Property Management:

  • 21/16-22 Batman St

    • We are currently waiting on the rent payment on the 1st March to cover the recently mentioned electrical invoice and now in addition the owner’s corporation fee of $1,200.63.

  • 60 Doorey St

    • The tenants have been in touch to let us know that they will not be staying on when their tenancy expires on the 23/03/20. They have plans to move into their own property

    • We will commence advertising in early March and the tenants are happy for us to do open homes each Saturday

    • We will also conduct a rent review prior to the new advertising.
