Hi Fiona,

 

I hope you’re well. 

 

Unfortunately the great option at 24 Burt Avenue, Hilton looks to have been sold to the very first people to inspect it. Their agent called and they provided an all cash offer with no conditions and didn’t give us or anyone else the opportunity to counter. We will continue to monitor this for any changes and the agent knows how keen we are on the property. 

 

We inspected three potential opportunities for you this week, being; 2a Hardy's Road, Torrensville, 65a Brooker Terrace, Richmond and an off market opportunity, 22 Ebor Ave, Mile End, there is no bath, however, one can be put in. We are doing further due-diligence on these properties and will be providing feedback in the next day or so.

The wall oven switch stopped working and we sent an electrician to tend to it. We are still waiting on the invoice from the electrician.
