This week we noticed a slight improvement in the number of listings making their way to the market within our focus region post the long weekend and holiday period, one that particularly caught our eye is 65A Brooker Terrace, Richmond.
We have also been given an opportunity to inspect an off market property, which is a renovated 1953 built 2 bedroom maisonette a little further north in Devon with a guide price of $385 - $410k.
This week we will be inspecting these homes and continue to work to gain access to 2A Hardys Road, Torrensville. in addition to trying to source any other suitable options.
