A quick follow up to see if you had any further thoughts in regard to the tenants request for astro turf?  To refresh, they say it is impossible to grow lawn (click here) due to the shadowing from the overhang.  Let me know if you would like to proceed and we can have this quoted, I expect it would be a few hundred dollars.

We’ve engaged our handyman to review the black mould behind the dishwasher and in the shower cavity and will provide a quote following that inspection. Note, we have followed up LJ Hooker with regard to the previous ‘patch repair costs for internal/external repair by strata”, and this work was unrelated to the current issues.

The current tenants cancelled our inspection yesterday and we are aiming to get through next week. The address of this property is 58 Meyer St, Torrensville. There is also another onmarket property we are working on and it’s address is 1/14 Wainhouse St, Torrensville.
