Your bills are processing now and the report from BMT will be sent through this week. 


The tenants have asked for astro turf to be laid citing it is impossible to grow lawn (click here) due to the shadowing from the overhang.  Let me know if you would like to proceed and we can have this quoted? It would be a few hundred dollars.


Batman St, Braddon

The tenants have been onboarded and taken this opportunity to update us on an outstanding maintenance issue they had reported in September.  There’s black mould behind the dishwasher and in the shower cavity as you have previously mentioned. We have spoken with LJHooker and they have forwarded the quote from LFX Group to remediate the dishwasher area only for $417, it does not include the shower cavity area.  I note we were copied on an email where the Executive Committee had approved the “patch repair costs of $830 outside; $1600+ inside” and have asked Jordan to provide more information on this as it may be related.  As soon as we have a clear picture of requirements, we’ll finalise costs for your approval.
