As part of the due diligence process, we have the land measured to ensure the size of the registered title is correct and there are no easements that could cause issues in the future.
The survey plan lists the size at 80link (16.08m) x 200link (40.2m) on the longest edges, this gives us 646sqm. The sales material and RP Data list the size as 637sqm, which is basically bang on to the site measure we had commissioned. Once you take into account the site is not square and the opposing sides are smaller in length we are very comfortable that all the figures match up.
You can view the survey plan here, lot 372.

Both the Queensland Department of Titles and Queensland Urban Utilities have confirmed that there are no easements on the property.
The disclaimer: Our site measurements have been taken by a builder using laser measuring equipment. True measurements can only be taken by a registered surveyor, however, this is unnecessary for this purpose.
