To recap where we're at.
- On Tuesday 27/02 we made an offer on 417 Earnshaw Rd, Banyo of $512,000 which wasn't accepted and didn't progress any further.
- We're in the process of making an offer on 10/57 Lowanna St, Braddon, commencing at $335,000. This will be contingent on the terms stated in our purchase advice and specifically subject to a positive building & pest report, finance and solicitor approval of the COS. I'll keep you updated on how we progress over the weekend.
- As discussed on our call (02/03 @ 8.15am, Abu Dhabi time) the purchasing strategy moving forward is to purchase an apartment at a lower cost base with a higher rental yield.

In your news feed is an article on the redevelopment of Northbourne Ave, near Lowanna St. We mention in our narrative on the property page that it's only a matter of time before the old commercial buildings are redeveloped.
